🔄 Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

📄 Identification of the removed content and its prior location
🧠 A statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief
📬 Your contact info (name, address, phone, email)
⚖️ A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and acceptance of legal service from the original complainant

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant initiates legal action within 10–14 business days.

🚫 Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyright, where appropriate.
